제목 Toxicity evaluation of nanoplastics and penanthrene in water and the effect of reducing toxicity of jellyfish mucus substances
초록 This study investigated the aquatic ecotoxicity of nanoplastics floating in water and phenanthrene, one of organic pollutants. In addition, to reduce toxicity, mucus substances of Aurelia aurita, the most commonly found species of jellyfish appearing in the coast of Korea, were mixed with toxic chemicals and exposed. Each chemicals were exposed alone or compound at the same time to zebrafish(Danio rerio) embryos. We investigated hatching rate, abnormal rate, and the expression values of genes involved in genotoxicity and oxidative stress were analyzed.
