제목 The p-n hetero junction solar cells
초록 The advent of organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) opened a new era of organic semiconductors. In 1990, the dye-sensitive solar cell made a huge progress in organic solar cells(the efficiency of ~10%).
In conventional solar cells the p-n heterojuction is the typical structure.1 Following the idea of the inorganic solar cells, the p-n heterojunction organic solar cells were fabricated and measured the quantum efficiency of the specimens.2
Fullerenes or carbon nanotubes(CNT) are known as the n-type semiconductors,
Polymers including poly(p-phenylene)(PPP) and poly(methylphenyl silane)(PMPS) are known as p-type semiconductors.
The solar cell with configuration of indium tin oxide (ITO)/PPP(or PMPS)/CNT/Al were fabricated and compared with other type solar cells.3
The carrier mobility was measured by the time of flight method .
