Transparent and electrical properties were investigated for carbon nanotube (CNT) and indium tin oxide (ITO) dip-coated on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate by electrical technique and wettability. The changes of electrical and optical properties of coating layer mainly depended on the number of dip-coating, concentrations of CNT and ITO solutions. Electric properties of coating layers were measured using four-point probe method, and surface resistance was calculated using dual configuration method. Optical transmittance properties of CNT and ITO coated PET film were evaluated using UV spectrum test. As dip-coating number increased, surface resistance of CNT coating decreased dramatically, whereas the transparent properties exhibited little lower.Acknowledgement: This work was supported by the Korea Research Foundation Grant funded by the Korean Government(KRF-2008-313-D00493).
