제목 Compression of Optoelectronic Properties of CNT and ITOon PET Film in Dependence on The Coating Conditions
초록 Transparent and electrical properties were investigated for carbon nanotube (CNT) and indium tin oxide (ITO) dip-coated on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate by electrical technique and wettability. The changes of electrical and optical properties of coating layer mainly depended on the number of dip-coating, concentrations of CNT and ITO solutions. Electric properties of coating layers were measured using four-point probe method, and surface resistance was calculated using dual configuration method. Optical transmittance properties of CNT and ITO coated PET film were evaluated using UV spectrum test. As dip-coating number increased, surface resistance of CNT coating decreased dramatically, whereas the transparent properties exhibited little lower.Acknowledgement: This work was supported by the Korea Research Foundation Grant funded by the Korean Government(KRF-2008-313-D00493).
