Fabrication of transparent and conductive graphene film by spray coating |

We report the fabrication of a graphene films by spray coating and characterized the sheet resistance and optical transparency using different reduction methods. Two reduction processes were applied to GO: (i) chemical reduction by hydrazine and (ii) thermal treatment under argon atmosphere. The resulting graphene films possessed an excellent electrical conductivity with high transparency. These properties are considered to be quite sufficient for many applications, such as transparent conductor films for touch panels. |
