제목 Gallium control on low band-gap CuInSe2 thin film solar cells
초록 In the CuInSe2 thin film solar cell having a band gap of ~1.0 eV, it added gallium to control the band gap of the absorber layer and improve the electrical properties of the device. However, when addition of excess gallium rather made small grain decreases the device characteristics. In this study, we performed an experiment to maintain a low band-gap and improve device characteristics by controlling gallium to be confined to the rear electrode side. Through the depth profiling analysis, the gallium was confined to the rear electrode direction. In addition, when the characteristics of the fabricated device, we confirmed it improved the open circuit voltage without a significant change in the band gap.
