Application of CuAlO2 as Hole Transport Layer for CZTSSe Chalcogenide-Based Thin Film Solar Cells |
초록 |
Copper-aluminum oxide(CuAlO2) is promised material as a hole transport material for chalcogenide solar cells. We have performed a deposition of CuAlO2 layers by various temperatures of R.T., 200, 300, 400 and 500 ℃ with 10 nm and various thicknesses of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 nm with room-temperature on Mo back contact to evaluate their effects for Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSSe) chalcogenide solar cells during selenization post-annealing process. We will demonstrate how CuAlO2 layer affecting on the CZTSSe layer and secondary phases formation such as MoSe2 by XRD, FESEM and Raman spectroscopy. |
