제목 | Synthesis of Copper Nanoparticles from a Plasma Discharge in Liquid |
초록 | In recent, the printed electronic is spotlighted among the next generation technologies. Printed electronic used copper nanoparticles (Cu-NPs) that have researched various synthesized methods by chemical vapor deposition, thermal decomposition, micro-emulsion, UV-irradiation, the polyol process and etc. However, previous methods cause secondary environment pollution. Moreover, most of the synthetic methods are not economically feasible due to low throughput and poor scalability. In this sense, we propose solution of the previous problem, Cu-NPs synthesize from copper precursor using a plasma discharge in liquid. The result of analysis, synthesized Cu-NPs size was confirmed to be with the averaged diameter of less than 100 nm. Also, we confirmed Cu-NPs was not oxidized. Eventually, we confirm that the plasm discharge may be a promising tool for the synthesis of Cu-NPs in liquid. |
