제목 Embedded silver nanowires transparent conductive electrode for organic light-emitting diodes.
초록 Embedded silver nanowires (AgNWs) transparent conductive electrode (TCE) has been demonstrated for various applications such as organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), solar cells, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), etc. Here we present fabrication of AgNWs embedded TCE which also is possible to pattern simultaneously with photolithography system. AgNWs embedded in SU-8, epoxy polymer, which is photo curable. RMS roughness of AgNWs-TCE is below than 1.6nm. Mechanical stability is excellent for bending. Embedded TCE has strong adhesion in a test of 3M scotch tape detachment test. We also fabricated patterned OLED with our AgNWs TCE. Performance of AgNWs OLED is similar with Indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode based OLED. Mechanical stability is promising for long term cycle test. This work present simplicity of AgNWs TCE process of high quality of TCEs and is available for future transparent and wearable device in the industries.
