제목 Electrospun hybrid nanofiber scaffolds loaded with pamidronic acid used for treatment of bone related diseases
초록 We fabricated PDA grafted nHA/PLGA hybrid nanofiber scaffolds via electrospinning technique. After extensive characterization, the scaffolds were subjecting to in vitro studies. The results revealed that osteoblastic cells adhesion and proliferation on the hybrid nanofiber scaffolds was higher as compared to non grafted nHA/PLGA nanofiber scaffolds, whereas the viability of the osteoclastic cells on the PDA grafted nHA/PLGA hybrid nanofiber scaffolds was significantly suppressed. Therefore it was concluded that PDA grafted nHA/PLGA hybrid nanofiber scaffolds has the potential for application in the therapeutic bone implantation.
