Sputtered tin oxide (SnO2) electron transport layer in Perovskite solar cells |
초록 |
In perovskite solar cell, electron transport layer(ETL) extract carriers from light absorbing layer. SnO2 is common ETL material which has high electron mobility. Spin coating, atomic layer deposition, sputtering are methods to fabricate SnO2 film. Vacuum coating technology has advantages in reproducibility. In this study, SnO2 film is deposited with RF-sputtering method on FTO substrate. We control sputtering power, thickness of film, ratio of oxygen pressure in sputtering process and characteristics of films are investigated. Alpha-step is used to measure thickness of SnO2 layer. Electron mobility is measured by hall measurement. |
