제목 Variations of photovoltaic performance with growth time of ZnO nanorods employed as photoelectrodes of solar cells
초록 Thin ZnO film being able to act as both seed layer and hole-blocking layer was formed on F-doped tin oxide glass by spin coating of zinc acetate solution followed by heat treatment, and then ZnO nanoroads on the film were deposited by chemical bath deposition using zinc nitrate solution. The resulting layers were applied to the photoelectrodes of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), and photovoltaic properties of the DSSCs were investigated. When the growth time of ZnO nanorods was 8hr, the highest power conversion efficiency was achieved.
