Antharacene derivatives Single Crystal transistors via soluble process |

Study on Single Crystal OFET is important because it shows fundamental aspects of charge carrier transport and the role of solid-state packing, and it also can be attractive candidates for OFET due to its outstanding device performance. Here we describe various methods for fabricating many kinds of Anthracene Derivatives single crystal devices. Through effective cofacial pi stacking structure, some of the anthracene single crystal dervatives showed reasonable mobiltiy higher than 0.1 cm2/Vs. Using the concept of 'pitch' and 'roll' angle, we discussed the correlation between solid-state packing and charge transport phenomena. |
