제목 Investigation on transformation of self-assembled morphological structures of phosphorus lipids
초록 Polygonal submicron particles and rods were obtained by self-assembly of phosphoryl-tri-N-(2-aminoethyl) stearamide (PAESA) based on the different conditions, such as; PH value, ratio of solvents, temperature and concentration of the solution. We found that there are two different geometrical shapes respectively of quadrangles and hexagons existed in polygonal submicron particles from Self-Assembly according to scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Polygonal submicron particles and rods are generated in precipitation after cooling the solution slowly because of the effect of hydrogen bonding intermolecular resulted in molecular self-assembly of the primary stack units by face-to-face congregation, and submicron rods morphology structures were formed due to PAESA molecular interaction results in arranging of edge-to-edge. All of the results were confirmed by XRD pattern, TEM and SEM spectra.
