제목 Enhanced Thermal Stability of Electrical Conductivity of Polyaniline Films with Polymeric Dopants
초록 We report the enhanced thermal stability of electrical conductivity of polyaniline (PANI) films doped by polymeric sulfonic acid dopants. We employed ladder-typed sulfonated polyphenylsilsesquioxane (S-PPSQ) as a dopant. PANI film with polymeric sulfonic acid dopant exhibit enhanced heat resistance of electrical conductivity compared to that with conventional molecular dopant, camphorsulfonic acid (CSA). The PANI films doped by S-PPSQ show a high electrical conductivity. The electrical conductivity of PANI doped by polymeric dopant S-PPSQ was retained its initial electrical conductivity after heat treatment at 120 ℃ for 10 hour, while PANI doped by molecular dopant CSA was showed a 50 % decrease in electrical conductivity.
