We fabricated the synthetic/natral hybrid film with poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) and silk fiber. For this, we prepared PLGA/Silk fiber films using 3,5,10 and 20% of silk content by the solvent evaporation method. Cellular attachment and viability were assayed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltertazolium-bromide (MTT) test. Additionally, PLGA/Silk fiber films were characterized by determining the contact angle, enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) and inflammatory response analysis. In this study, we could observed that cells were well attached and proliferated on PLGA/Silk fiber film containing more higher silk fiber content. This result suggests that PLGA/Silk fiber film has a good application for the tissue regeneration. This study is supported by WCU(R31-20029) |
