1-D microcystals of pi conjugated molecules and their application for organic electronic device |
초록 |
Organic semiconductor single crystal formation based on solution processes has been carried out to improve organic field effect transistors(OFETs) performance. We report the formation of 1-D single crystal array using unique solution process which controls evaporation direction of solvent and fabrication o OFETs with good performance. N-type semiconductor N,N'-dioctyl-3, 4, 9, 10-perylene tetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI-C8) single crystal wires are formed and their structure and electrical property are characterized. By controlling heating temperature and concentration of solution, we adject crystal density and finally achieved single 1-D microcrystal wire crossing source and drain electrodes. We present properties of single 1-D microcrystal wire OFETs in several conditions. |
