제목 Fabrication of High Efficient Lead Sulfide (PbS) Quantum Dots for the solar cell through Size Reduction and Surfactant Ligand Removal Treatment
초록 Quantum dot (QD) is one of exceptional materials for the solar cell and LED mainly, because not only semiconducting QDs have high energy conversion efficiency due to the multiple exciton generation (MEG) but also its energy levels depend on the size of it and photo luminescence (PL) peak is so narrow. Thus the crystal size grows smaller, resulting in a color shift from red to blue in the light emitted and higher conversion efficiency. So we present how optical properties of QDs could be controlled and improved through size reduction and ligand removal.
