제목 Photoluminescence Enhancement of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite via Vapor-Assisted Solution Process
초록 The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has attracted lots of attentions due to their outstanding progress in power conversion efficiency at photovoltaic devices. Recently, these interest and efforts have been extended on usage of the perovskite material as emissive layer at light emitting diodes (LEDs). The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite (CH3NH3PbBr3) exhibit suitable luminescent property with high quantum yield, narrow full width half maximum (FWHM), resulting in proper LEDs applications. The Vapor-Assisted Solution Process (VASP) has been considered as promising method to provide high crystallinity as well as uniform coverage in perovskite film. In addition to previous reported advantages of VASP, herein, we boosted photoluminescence of perovskite thin film by delicate solvent treatment. It also shows high reproducibility for application as emissive layer in perovskite LEDs.
