Zr based metal-organic frameworks embedded polymer nanofiber composite membrane for continuous degradation of organophosphate |
초록 |
Chemical warfare agents (CWAs) was most fatal weapon for mass murder, it was strictly prohibited by Chemical Weapons Convention. Despite of these efforts, CWAs were used for many civil war including Syria. Until recently, a variety of adsorption and chemical antidote materials have been considered for detoxification of CWAs. Among them, Zr based MOFs especially UiO-66 have been attracted. However, introducing catalyst particle into matrix was still lack of idea. In this study, we successfully synthesis nanofiber composite containing UiO-66 up to 56 wt% with maintaining catalyst property by combination of electrospinning and electrospray. With unique fabrication method, UiO-66 can successfully embedded in matrix. Moreover introducing catalyst particle into polymer nanofiber which can give additional chemical resistance, It makes recycle ability of UiO-66-nanofiber. On the basis of these novel composite membrane catalyst, we can remove 200g of MPO nerve agent simulants within 1 hour. |
