제목 Effect of Mix Lead Halides Precursor to the Hybrid Perovskite Film’s Properties and Photodiode’s Performances
초록 Methyl Ammonium Lead Halides, perovskites, are excellent new material with high carrier mobility, high photo conversion efficiency and tunable bandgap. For these reasons it has become one of the attractive light harvesting semiconducting materials recently. In addition, these materials have advantage of low temperature processing, easy to deposit, large scale processing. Furthermore, the perovskite materials are sensitive to a wide band wavelength from ultraviolet to visible range but inactive in IR region. However, the mechanism for the growth of the hybrid perovskite crystalline structure is not properly understood on the planar surfaces.    
In this study, the methyl ammonium lead halides were investigated to reveal the effects of the experimental variables such as halides composition on the film formation, crystal size and device stability. Different lead halide compositions were compared to apply perovskite films on planar substrates. The effect of chloride & bromide contents insertion to the perovskite showed improved properties such as crystal size and device stability.  
Optimized perovskite films with halides composition were used to fabricate photodiodes on ITO coated glass substrates. Photodiode measurement results show the improved photodiode’s performances and stability.
