제목 Fractionation of cellulose nanofibers (CNFs) using setting method and dimensional characteristics of fractionated CNFs
초록 The cellulose nanofiber can be separated by breaking down multi-layered structure of wood cell wall as a result of mechanical fibrillation process. The diameter of CNF is known to be about 15 - 50nm with different fibrillation equipment and cycles. To obtain fine and uniform CNFs the fibrillation process should be repeated many times. It causes high energy consumption. Thus, this study aims obtaining fine and uniform CNFs with low energy sumption at short repeated fibrillation cycles. The dimensional fractionation of CNFs was attempted by setting method. The  morphology and size distribution of fractionated CNFs were investigated with different repeated fibrillation cycles.
