| 제목 | An efficient preparation of 3-fluoropyrrole derivatives |
| 초록 | It is well-known that many naturally occurring halopyrroles and synthetic pyrrole derivatives exhibit strong anti-bacterial activity. However, there is still a dearth of usable synthetic methods for β-fluoropyrrole derivatives reported because the β-position in pyrrole has less of reactivity toward electrophiles than the α-one. In this presentation, we report a new synthetic method of 3-fluoro-1H-pyrroles by the reaction of aldehydes such as ethyl 2,2-difluoro-4-iodo-4-(trimethylsilyl)butanoate derived from ethyl bromodifluoroacetate reacted with primary amines. |
