Preparation of Carboxymethyl Chitosan using Low Molecular Weight Water Soluble Chistsan as an ion-complex delivery |
| 초록 |
Carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCh) was prepared by chemical reaction of mono-chloroacetic acid and glyoxylic acid with low molecular weight water soluble chitosan(LMWSC). By chage of the reaction protocol, O-Carboxymethyl chitosan(C6-OH), N-Carboxymethylc chitosan (C2-NH2), and N,O-Carboxymethyl chitosan (C6-OH and C2-NH2) were synthesized to apply as an ionic-drug carrier. The structure were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT and HMQC (Heteronuclear Multiple Quantum Correlation). Degree of substitution (DS) and degree of deacetylation(DDA) of CMCh was determined by 1H-NMR. |
