제목 High performance field effect transistor based on CNT network films for biosensor
초록 Since it was reported that carbon nanotube is compatible with biological species, the use of single-walled carbon nanotubes and nanotube random networks for biosensor has been a subject of active research for several years. In particular, electrical property of the carbon nanotube is sensitive when some molecules are adsorbed on its side wall. This advantage can allow carbon nanotube electronics to be more sensitive than other material. Here, we investigate the electrical properties of the carbon nanotube network film using 3-terminal field effect transistor configuration. CNT network films over a large surface area were fabricated by using self-assembled monolayer. To make source/drain Au electrodes, a conventional photolithographic method was introduced in evaporation and lift-off process. As a result, this device showed electrical behavior of p-type FET with high Ion/Ioff ratio.
