| 제목 | Kinetic resolution of beta-lactams by cell surface displayed lipase |
| 초록 | Beta-lactams are natural products synthesized by many bacteria and have potentials as chiral building blocks and intermediates of antibiotics and anti-cancer agent. Due to their versatile usages, extensive research has been concentrated on synthesis of beta-lactam chemically or biologically. In this poster, we will report the enzymatic resolution of several beta-lactams which can be used for intermediates of antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals using cell surface displayed lipase and describe cell surface display enzyme for enantioselective biocatalysts.
