Antisolvent Crystallization of the polymorphs of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfateas a function of Supersaturation Ratio and Solvent Composition |
| 초록 |
In this study, Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate was crystallized from solution by Antisolvent crystallization to investigate the formation of polymorphs with respect to different supersaturation ratio and solvent compositions. the srudy showed that high supersaturation favoured the formation of the metastable form of the polymorph and vice versa. polymorphs formed were analyzed by powder X-ray diffration(PXRD), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). |
