Melt recrystallization of adefovir dipivoxil and its co-crystals |
| 초록 |
Adefovir dipivoxil is a drug used in the treatment of hepatitis B. It has a number of polymorphs and solvates that could lead to diverse physicochemical properties. We have studied the melt recrystallization of adefovir dipivoxil to further vary the related properties by fine-tuning the crystal structures. In addition, we report the similar strategy applied to the newly formed co-crystals of adefovir dipivoxil. |
