Design and synthesis of nanostructred polypyrrole-RuOx as an electrode material for electrochemical capacitor |
| 초록 |
A nanostructed polypyrrole(PPy)-RuOx was prepared by electrochemical method in anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) template. Gold was deposited on side of AAO template by thermal evaporation for an electrode and then pyrrole was electrically polymerized and grown in AAO template. The hydrous rudthenium oxide was obtained by electrical method in RuCl3 xH2O solution on the surface of the PPy. The formation of PPy-RuO2 composite was confirmed by XRD, EDAX, and SEM. The capacitance of PPy-RuO2 array electrode was measured by cyclic voltametry and galvanostatic charge /discharge test. |
