제목 Fabrication of Uniform Ag@Cu2O Nanoparticles and Thier Spectroscopic Characterization
초록 The uniform fabrication of Ag@Cu2O nanoparticles (NPs) is important, because the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and the spectroscopic characteristics of Cu2O depend on its thickness. In this study, the thickness of Cu2O shell formed on the surface of Ag NPs according to the volume of Ag colloids was determined by TEM. Cu2O shell with different thickness were spectroscopically characterized by UV-Vis, XPS and Raman spectroscopy. Details on analysis of Ag@Cu2O NPs will be discussed in this presentation.
