Electrospun PEO nanofibers based on the effect of crosslinked polymer under UV irradiation for drug delivery system |
| 초록 |
The solution of PEO (Poly ethylene oxide) and lactic acid bacteria (Streptococcus thermophilus) was spun by using electrospinning method in order to obtain drug delivery system. The crosslink of polymer was carried out by UV for getting sustained drug release. The drug release was examined by using UV-spectrometer. Based on the control of electrospinning condition, the crosslink degree of polymer was investigated. The optimized conditions of UV crosslinking were studied for releasing drug in the large intestine of human body. |
