제목 Application of Cs0.33WO3 Photothermal Agent in NIR-Mediated Antibacterial Continuous Flow Microreactor using Mussel-Inspired Immobilization
초록 We designed an antibacterial microreactor that continuously operating for killing bacteria in a flow by combining fluorescent polymer with Cs0.33WO3 as photothermal agent and adhesive catechol moieties. PVP polymer was grafted with catechol and Cs0.33WO3 to obtain Cs0.33WO3 immobilized microchannel (F/PVP- Cs0.33WO3). The photothermal antibacterial activity under NIR irradiation of F/PVP- Cs0.33WO3 shown 99.9% of Gram-negative and positive bacteria was killed. The material also can be used for 30 days, indicating the successfully immobilization of Cs0.33WO3 using catechol moieties. Thus, this approach provides a strategy on synergistic and continuously bacteria killing which is simple and rapid by mussel-inspired immobilization. Simple acid treatment is used to release immobilize photothermal agent from the surface of microchannels, allowing efficient recycle of used microreactors.
