A composite counter electrode of CoS nanosheet and mesoporous carbon with high electrocatalytic activity for dye-sensitized solar cells |
초록 |
CoS nanosheet and mesoporous carbon counter electrode was first incorporated into Pt-free dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). This composite film was fabricated using a hydrothermal and sol-gel process onto a fluorinated tin oxide substrate with amphiphilic graft copolymers. The cyclic voltammetric tests recorded an improved electrocatalytic activity when the CoS nanosheet was deposited onto the surface of the mesoporous carbon. Thus, the DSSC assembled with CoS nanosheet and mesoporous carbon counter electrode showed an enhanced photovoltaic conversion efficiency of 5.3 % under one sunlight illumination due to the superior electrocatalytic activity of the CoS nanosheet and highly specific surface of the mesoporous carbon. |
