We performed kinetic analysis of the sequential deposition method (SDM) to investigate the actual feature about how to form perovskite grains, and effects of processing conditions on final perovskite morphology during the reaction. The conversion of the SDM consists of two periods that have distinct kinetics; the first period is directly correlated to final perovskite morphology. We applied the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami-Kolomogorov (JMAK) model to describe reaction kinetics of phase transformation during the first period, than extracted kinetic parameters of the ‘Avrami equation’. encoding the overall reaction rate and growth mode. During the SDM, the grain growth process of each grain is consistent, but nucleation process is strikingly differed as processing conditions vary. Applying several kinetic features of these analysis, the relationship between the final average grain size R and the rate constant k can be derived as the certain equation. |
