제목 Preparation of Graphene Quantum Dots with Hydrothermal Reactor its Applications Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells
초록 Graphene quantum Dot (GQD) is one of interesting nanomaterials due to its unique optoelectronic properties of GQD. In this study, highly dispersible GQDs were prepared through the hydrothermal reduction of small sized graphene oxide (GO). Prepared GQDs are highly dispersible in organic solvent media and shows very unique size-dependent optoelectrical behavior. The utilization of prepared GQDs in the organic photovoltaics (OPVs) with bulk heterojunction solar cell architecture might be promising to achieve high performance OPVs. 2016년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음.
