제목 Resistive switching characteristics of cortisol-conjugated nanoparticle-based device
초록 Cortisol is a steroid hormone or stress biomarker produced by adrenal cortex of mammals, whose importance for its detection is increasing. In this study, a bioelectronic structure using cortisol conjugated zinc oxide(ZnO) nanoparticles(NPs) as charge storing elements on metal(Al)/cortisol-ZnO NPs+PVP(polyvinylphenol)/metal(ITO: Indium Tin Oxide) resistive switching device is demonstrated. Current/voltage(I-V) performance of the resistive switching device is measured to investigate charging effect out of cortisol-ZnO NPs for bistable electrical resistive states. The device can be expandable to develop a new conceptual detection sensor for cortisol detection.
