Studying nanocomposites based on combination of polylactic acid/polypropylene blends and bio-based filler |
초록 |
Enhanced properties on bio-based light weight composite for vehicle interior material was investigated. flax fiber is used for bio-based filler, surface treatment was applied to dispersion between resins and fiber. We selected the bio-based resin, poly(lactic acid)(PLA). And PLA blend with polypropylene(PP) for weight lightening. Fabrication of composite used extrusion process, the properties of composites were analyzed using the results. Dispersion property of filler in composites was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), optical microscope(OM), and mechanical properties were analyzed by using universal testing machine(UTM). |
