제목 | Silica composite materials and various combinable |
초록 | The market is the core of nano-composite materials. In particular, hybrid composite materials combined organic and inorganic materials. (So a lot of attentions are like a material revolution.) The experiment is controlled to take advantage of the particle composite in a nano-scale, and was conducted to focus on the application and use. The silica particles of nano-scale there are many advantages in the micro-units of the silica particles than the catalyst, the filter, the absorption (surface area). This experiment masks and filters, and fiber to the result made by silica composite material is harmless to the human body so as to be act directly on a variety of materials. The various combinations possible, the MPTMS to make the silica hybrid material made using the one-step sol-gel. The base of the experiment with water, the catalyst was used NH4OH. The advantage of this process has simple synthesis, water based sol-gel synthesis, mono-dispersed particle size, and one-step synthesis method. SEM and TEM analysis confirmed that it is possible 100-700 nm uniform silica particles. |
