제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Low-Bandgap Copolymers Based on Benzodithiophene–Thiophene-3,4-dicarbonitrile for Organic Semiconductor.
초록 BDT-CN and DTBDT-CN were prepared by the stille cross- coupling polymerization. The polymer was characterized GPC, 1H-NMR, TGA, DSC. The photophysical properties for the polymers were investigated by UV(Ultraviolet spectrum). UV absorption peaks of BDT-CN were found at 580 , 435 nm in solution and at 590 , 445 nm in film state. And UV absorption peaks of DTBDT-CN were found at 343, 458, 560 nm in solution and at 343, 472, 602 nm in film state. BDT-CN exhibited band gap of 1.77 eV. DTBDT-CN exhibited band gap of 1.83 eV. The polymers were evaluated with power conversion efficiency of OPV were estimated to be for 0.08% for BDT-CN and DTBDT-CN.
