Light sensitive cubosomes containing gold nanoparticle and thermo responsive polymer for anti-cancer drug delivery |
초록 |
As all known, the cubic nanoparticles (cubosomes) formed water channel and lipid matrix. The gold nanoparticles were prepared with the conventionally method and then input at melting monoolein to load in the water channel of cubosomes. And pre-prepared hydrophobically modified Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (HmPNIPAM) with dye as anti cancer drug model was immobilized at the interface of water/lipid matrix in the water channels of cubosomes. In this study, due to the thermo sensitive of HmPNIPAM which was water-soluble and extended under the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) but shrinked and was insoluble in water at high temperature greater than LCST, the cubosomes showed surface plasmon resonance upon the irradiation of a laser which made gold nanoparticles to generate heat and then HmPNIPAM would be shrinked by which the dye could release out at cubosomes. |
