초록 |
Methylhydrosilolewas functionalized with allylamine groups through hydrosilylation to give a new silole derivative of biotinylated silole that is capable of detectingbiomacromolecules. Biotinylated silole is nonemissive when molecularly dissolved but becomes highly luminescent when aggregated. The emission of its nanoaggregates is quenched by avidin with a high Ksv value (2*107 M-1). -This research was financially supported by the Ministry of Coomerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) and Korea Industrial Technology Foundation (KOTEF) through the Human Resource Training Project for Regional Innovation. |
