제목 Preparation of a conductive multilayered film by using active pentafluorophenyl ester modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes
초록 Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are one of the most attractive conductive fillers for flexible polymeric films because of their remarkable mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties as well as high aspect ratio. For the advanced films with optimized conductivity, stable dispersion of CNTs in an appropriate solvent and prevention of re-aggregation making in-plane cluster during solvent drying are important issues. In this study, we used active pentafluorophenyl (PFP) ester modified MWCNTs for the layer-by-layer assembly. In the process of the assembly, the reaction occurred between the active ester on the surface of MWCNTs and poly(allylamine) to give a mechanically stable thin film. This method of using active PFP ester modified MWCNTs in the layer-by-layer assembly opens new possibilities for the fabrication of nanoscale electronic components.
