Synthesis and Characterization of Organic Low Dielectric Constant Materials Containing Adamantane. |
초록 |
Low dielectric constant materials are used with the semiconductor materials especially for electronic materials applications. Among the materials to improve dielectric, adamantyl moiety is one of the promising candidates since it is known to impart high Tg, excellent thermal stability, and good dielectric properties owing to highly symmetrical molecule consisting of three cyclohexane rings, forming cage structure. We have designed and synthesized new acrylic compounds containing adamantane as core group, which has a good thermal stability and a low dielectric constant. We prepared monomer, polymer and cross-linking agent containing adamantine and investigated thermal stability and dielectric properties of the resulting materials. |
