제목 Quasi-solid electrolytes for efficient and eco-friendly photo-electrochemical applications
초록 Polymer gel electrolytes (PGEs) have been widely investigated for the application to photo-electrochemical devices such as dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) and electrochromic devices (ECDs) because they possess moderate ion conductivity and high physical stability. The PGEs are obviously one of the key components which can dominate the major characteristics of the electrochemical devices. Especially, the ion conductivity and volatility of the PGEs should be optimized for the fabrication of efficient and durable electrochemical devices. In addition, efficient loading process of highly viscous PGEs during the fabrication of large area devices should also be considered. In this work, we have developed the eco-friendly PGEs which are designed by considering the above-mentioned points for the successful applications to photo-electrochemical devices (i.e. DSCs and ECDs).
