제목 A stochastic model approach applied to BNR processing cost  
초록 AOB performs deammonification and partial nitritation (single step process) occur in the same Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) tank, helping in nitrogen removal biologically. This biological process is time-consuming in maturing AOB bacteria and an increment in processing cost. Thus, need a good strategy for improving nitrogen removal performance. Decision support system (DSS) is an effective tool for improving nitrogen removal performance and also reliability with saving in process energy such as an aeration energy, electricity, pump and mixer energies, chemicals (supplemental alkalinity and carbon) and, sludge production. DSS provide scenario generator that based on two strategies, operational cost and, start-up time reduction. Operational cost mainly focus on the processing cost is going on whole BNR process and, start-up time reduction focuses on the control of online sensor that manages the concentration in the SBR tank. Although there are many cost parameters in the objective function, the unit cost for sludge processing is subject to a wide variation depending on the type of processing. Thus, a sensitivity analysis has been performed.
