Organic photovoltaics(OPVs) have been made to explore potential applications due to advantage of flexibility and ease of fabrication. However, OPVs have limitation of low performance result from low carrier mobility of organic materials. The performance of OPVs can be enhanced by introducing interlayer between active layer and electrode. Inorganic semiconductors have a great stability rather than organic semiconductors. But, it is difficult to introducing of inorganic semiconductors through solution process. In this study, solution-processable hydroxy-modified inorganic material was introduced as an interlayer. OPVs were fabricated with and without inorganic interlayer via solution process. As a result, performances of OPV device were enhanced in the device fabricated with inorganic interlayer. |
