Thermal Durability of NeonTransformer with Diluent Addition |
초록 |
Epoxy resin is materialwhich is being used as adhesives and coatings. However, epoxy resin has many difficulties to be applied in actual processdue to its high viscosity. In this study, a kind ofthinner and its amount of addition were determined with the object of dropping the viscosity for porcess application of neon transformer which used epoxy housing. Neon transformer from the curing process of epoxy resin (DGEBA type YD-128) was made by usingpoly amide hardener and adding 50wt% SiO2, 50wt% silica, reactive thinners or nonreactive thinners with curing process at 70 ℃,70min. Thermal durability assessment measured short-circuit test of neon-transformer at various temperature. |
