Thermal Stabilityof Epoxy Resin with Diluent Addition |

Epoxy resin of thermosetting resin has aninfluenced factor toapplyto process of neon transformer. In this study,optimalthinner and its amountwere determined tolowerthe viscosity of epoxy resin. The optimalthinner andits amount weredeterminedby measuringthermal Stability of specimenadded reactive thinners and nonreactive thinners. Thermal Stability wasmeasured through thermal deformation rate ofx, y, z axial and volume deformation rate at 120~180℃. Specimens from the curing process of epoxy resin (DGEBA type YD-128)was made by usingpoly amide hardener and 50wt% SiO2, reactive thinners or nonreactive thinners with curing process at 70 ℃ , 70min. |
