제목 고효율 염료감응 태양전지를 위한 니오븀산화물 나노구조체 제조기술
초록 In this study, in order to increase the energy conversion efficiency, we demonstrated niobium oxide microcone structures with nanorods. The efficiency increase is due to the greatly enhanced surface area, which allows for more dye loading and light harvesting, as well as the reduced charge recombination, which provides direct conduction pathways along the crystalline Nb2O5 microcone structures with nanorods. In conclusion, we have suggested Nb2O5 morphology with nanorods on the surface for a DSSC. We observed that the photovoltaic performance of Nb2O5 DSC devices increased from 1.03% to 3.35% as the oxide thickness was increased from 9.3m to 27.7m. Since the anodization process is very cheap and takes place at low temperatures, it carries substantial potential for further developing DSCs with metal oxide nano materials.
