High Clarity Polymer of Sctratch Resistance for Panorama Roof System |
| 초록 |
High clarity polymer alloyof polycarbonate(PC) and modified polyester (mPET) was prepared by low shear extrusion processing technique that was able to melt mix PC and mPETat 10 to 20ºC lower than conventional extrusion processing temperature.Novel PC/mPET blend maintains excellent clarity and also improved scratch resistance. In addition,silane surface modifications improve scratch resistance up to 3H in pencil hardness without scarifying clarify so that, it can be fabricatedinto transparent molded articles applied forpanorama roof window andvarious appliance applications. |
