제목 The role of CuI layer on the molecular arrangement of copper(II) phthalocyanine in a mixed donor/acceptor layer
초록 We fabricated copper(II) phthalocyanine (CuPc) based organic photovoltaic devices with a donor/acceptor (DA) mixed layer on a thin CuI layer. By applying a thin CuI layer, the current voltage characteristics of devices improved in comparison with conventional CuPc:C60 DA mixed devices. The improvement of device performance was related to the molecular arrangement of CuPc, which was confirmed by GISAXS measurement. Based on information obtained by GISAXS data, we show the role of CuI layer on the molecular arrangement of CuPc in a mixed DA layer and the effects on the device performance.
